Hi, my name is Stevie and I am about 9 months old.Β I was playing outside one Saturday afternoon when I found a cool wriggly noodle creature I’d never met before. It looked like something I could swat at and play with, but turns out it did NOT want to play with me! The doctors tell me that it was a venomous snake. Oh no!
This dangerous noodley snake bit my front leg pretty badly.Β I thought I’d be okay at first, but then I started to feel woozy and then I couldn’t move my leg anymore. Thankfully, my Mom was looking for me and found me hiding behind a potted plant (it was the only thing I could think to do!) and rushed me to the UF Small Animal Hospital as fast as she could. It was something like Fast and Furious, not that I’ve ever watched it myself (being a smol kitten and all.)

Hi Steve, it is a steady journey back to fitness but you will do great! And you have a brilliant Mom to look out for you on the way. You will be doing well in 3 months, splendidly in 6 months and up to full kitty shenanigans within the year! You will be fine now – it is probably Mom who will have the worries! Live happy! πΎπ
Stevie! I’m so glad your mom had excellent race car driving skills! Thank you for starting a blog. We are already in love with your cute self and so glad you survived the wriggly creature ordeal. Can’t wait to follow along with your adventures.
